The History Museum of Mobile is conveniently located in historic downtown Mobile at 111 South Royals Street. The Museum is within walking distance from the Mobile Convention Center, several hotels, a variety of restaurants and the Fort Condé Welcome Center. Traveling on I-10 East or I-10 West, exit Water Street/Downtown, Exit 26B. Turn left at the first traffic light onto Government Street. Turn left at the next traffic light onto S. Royal Street. The History Museum of Mobile is on the left.

Metered street parking or lot parking is available in the immediate area. Parking lots include NW corner of Government & Royal Streets, the SW corner of Church and Royal and the parking garage at the Riverview Hotel on N. Royal Street. Unloading area is available directly in front of the museum for passenger cars and buses. Complimentary bus parking is available nearby.
